Impact

SOME OF OUR ACHIEVEMENTS IN NORTHERN PROVINCE

  • One dispensary was constructed.
  • Gitovu Health Centre was constructed and fully equipped to serve approximately 21,000 residents of Burera District.
  • 16,570 people were empowered with SRH skills and services.
  • 60 peer educators were selected and trained on the Peer education model.
  • 1,257 households were empowered with knowledge and skills to explore opportunities.
  • 78 families were provided with cows, 23 children with disabilities were provided with goats.
  • 78 persons were supported with equipment and materials for traditional folk dance.
  • 213 secondary students were supported with school fees.
  • 1,235 vulnerable children were supported with school materials.
  • 2,308 adults benefited from adult literacy activities.
